What is DMLS/SLM?
Direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) or selective laser melting (SLM) are powder bed fusion techniques used for the production of metal parts. To accurately produce parts DMLS/SLM require a significant amount of support to be included on the part during printing. High temperatures result in high levels of stress meaning parts are often susceptible to warping or deformation. This leads to significant post-processing being needed to remove the support and finish the surface where it was attached.
What can 3D printers do?
Small Size: Our equipment occupies only a small area (1300*927*1650mm), adapts to the limitation of any factory site.
Short Spreading Powder Path: The printing efficiency of the equipment is at least 30% higher than that of similar equipment.
Small Printing Chamber: The forming chamber is small, so it’s not required to wait for inflation of the machine to start printing.
Auto Set: The printing baseplate is fixed by magnetic suction, hence manual leveling is not required before printing.
Durable: The light path and circuit part of our machine are isolated from the powder forming part, which prolong its service life.
